Alongside advising on equity release, Martin has extensive experience in buy to let and commercial mortgages, having built and managed his own property portfolio. This first-hand understanding means he can offer practical, real-world guidance as well as professional advice.

Martin is fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). His advice is always independent and unbiased, with access to the whole of market, meaning he works for you, not the lenders.

Outside of work, Martin is an active football coach who values family, planning for the future, and making decisions that give peace of mind. He enjoys going on holidays whenever he can, and fitting in an occasional game of golf – always hoping his swing will finally improve!
